Company was incorporated with Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
Manufacturing Resin & Cement capsules started in Delhi.
Manufacturing shifted to Noida Industrial area. MoU with Chungjo Engineering Ltd. Korea for import of Steel fibres
With ever increasing demand an industrial plot was purchased
in SIDCUL (SEZ), Haridwar.
Production of Resin and Cement capsules and a complete range of Plasticizers and Accelerators was started. An in house testing laboratory was set up. Started import of APP membranes from Egypt. Started import of Drain Boards from Italy.
MoU with Korea Fiber Co. Ltd. (earlier Chungjo Engineering Limited) for exclusive selling rights in India for sale of Synthetic (PP) & Steel Fibres.
Shifted to a still larger space in RIICO Industrial area, Khuskhera Rajasthan. Constructed building and installed latest plant and machinery for quality production. A full fledged Testing Laboratory was also set-up with latest
material testing equipments.
Started export to neighbouring countries.
MoU with Korea Fiber Company Limited to transfer technical know how for manufacturing of Hicopla Synthetic Fibres in India.
Buildtech Products India Private Limited was acquired by Thermax, strengthening its presence and capabilities under the Thermax brand.
